Calls to 118 404 (for Welsh speaking customers) cost the same as calls to 118 500.
Calls to 118 505 (International Directory Enquiries) cost £1.99 per minute or part of a minute, plus a connection charge of 69p.All call charges include VAT and are from BT landlines. Other mobile and network charges may vary.
Internet costs
Use of the 118 500 service from BT is free online (though standard call costs of dialling up to the Internet and any ISP charges will of course continue to apply).
